The warranty on Olang boots is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the invoice serving as proof. Under this warranty, manufacturing defects and material defects are covered. However, please note that the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural decay or normal wear and tear of materials (including dirt, scuffs, tears and scratches).

Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Olangcanada.com ships throughout Canada and the United States, usually within 5 to 15 business days.

Please note that accessory orders, such as cleats, wrenches, and insoles, will be shipped via regular mail through Canada Post within five business days and without a tracking number.

Shipping Costs
Canada: Standard shipping is free throughout Canada on orders 100$ and more. If you would like to receive your package faster, you can choose expedited shipping at your own expense. Please refer to the Expedited Shipping section for terms and conditions.
United States: Shipping costs and tariffs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Carriers
We use several carriers to ship packages. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is available so you can track your package.

We strive to work with carriers that are conscientious and respectful, but we cannot guarantee or be liable for the actions of individuals.

Please note that we are not responsible for the actions of shipping companies or their drivers. If you are not available at the address you provided when the carrier delivers your package, it will be left at your front door at the driver's discretion. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit or at your home.

Expedited Shipping:

The selected shipping service reflects only the time it will take for a package to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address. This does not include the 1-3 business day processing time. Therefore, the total time before receiving your order will be the processing time plus the selected shipping time
